The Manthorpe SmartVerge® Linear Dry Verge Eaves End (GLV-EE) is a high-quality protective closure cap engineered specifically for the Manthorpe SmartVerge® Linear system. It provides a neat, clean, and weatherproof finish to block and seal the very bottom section of the dry verge run right down at the eaves level, where the roofline meets the guttering.
 
Designed to prevent water ingress, debris build-up, and nesting pests, this critical component ensures the lower edge of your dry fix installation remains structurally secure and visually flawless. It is completely mortar-free and suitable for high-end new builds and rapid refurbishment projects alike.

Installation & Fitting Considerations
The GLV-EE Eaves End is engineered to slide and clip securely into the bottom of the first (starter) Linear Verge Unit.
Gutter Clearance Clearance Tip: In certain roof configurations, it may be necessary to extend the starter Linear Verge Unit slightly past the fascia board or lower tiling batten. This ensures that when the Eaves End is clipped into place, it sits perfectly inside or over the guttering without fouling or obstructing the gutter run.
Drainage Safety: When installing, ensure the tabs are fully seated but take care not to apply excessive adhesive or sealants that could block the system's side water drainage paths.
