Velux EDJ Recessed flashings provide a sleek and steamline finish as the roof window is installed 40mm deep into the roof structure, meaning that less of the roof window protudes above the finished roofline of the slates or tiles. The Velux Pro+ Flashing Set (2000) comes with the BFX underfelt collar for a watertight seal between the roof and window and insulation collar BDX for reduction of heat loss, eliminating cold bridging.
The EDJ Flashing is suitable for flat roof tiles with a depth of up to 90mm.
