Ulti-Line Wessex Roof Tile Ventilation. This in-line vent tile is designed to fit seamlessly into your roof line, matching the profile of the tiles perfectly. The built-in downpipe allows a direct ventilation path into the roof space if required under BS5250.
The airflow for the Vent is 10,000 mm2 space at Eaves 1.0 m intervals for 10,000 mm2 and at ridge 2.0 m intervals for 5,000 mm2 Roof Space Ventilation and minimum pitch of 22.5 deg, this only applies to Interlocking vent versions (contact Ulti-Mate for information).
It can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems. When used for extraction with a Flexipipe, no adaptor is required.
