The DIY Guide: How It Works & What You Need
If you're tackling this project yourself, you don't need to overcomplicate it. Here is what this vent does and exactly what you need to add to your basket to get the job done right.
For Loft Ventilation Only: If you just want to let fresh air into a stuffy attic to prevent mould, choose the Vent Only. It replaces one single tile.
For Bathroom Extractor Fans & Soil Vents: If you are hooking up a pipe from inside the house, you need the Vent + Integrated Adaptor. The pre-fitted 110mm adaptor allows you to snap a pipe straight onto the underside of the tile.
DIY Essential: Add an Ulti-mate 110mm Flexi-Pipe to your order. This flexible pipe stretches and bends between 250mm and 550mm, letting you easily connect your extractor fan to the tile vent adaptor across awkward loft spaces without kinks.

How to Fit It in 4 Simple Steps
Locate and Remove: Find the spot in your loft, lift the tile directly above it on the roof, and slide it out.
Mark and Cut the Felt: Mark a diagonal 'X' on the felt inside the batten spacing, slice carefully, and fold the flaps outward.
Connect the Adaptor: Connect your Flexi-Pipe to the pre-fitted tile adaptor before pushing the tile into place.
Interlock and Secure: Slide the vent into the gap to interlock with existing tiles and nail or clip it down.
